At the beginning of March the Dobsina Children's Aid Association approached LA21 and asked for our help with their project in Slovakia.
The association strives to support a children's home in Slovakia where the children have few opportunities to play outdoors on the home's premises. The few spaces they have are insufficient.
The association's enthusiasm rubbed off on LA21, so we developed a playground and some community areas that are suitable for children and youth. They are now to be built with the support of sponsors from the toy industry as well as crafsmen and artists.
